Self-publishing success story
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Susan Zimmer, author of I Love Coffee!, sent me this wonderful
testimonial:
Your 1001 Ways to Market Your Books is a ship of great thoughts and
ideas. It's been my Bible to successfully sell 50,000 copies (40,000 in
English and 10,000 in French) of my first self-published book in just over
4 years — taking a risk and following the stimulating tips in YOUR book!
... I took my passion, poured it into a unique coffee giftbook and served
it via 1001 Ways to generate demand and to attract the world's largest giftbook publisher. If I can do it, anyone can — using 1001 Ways.
After self-publishing her first book and selling 50,000 copies, she was
approached by literary agent Albert Zuckerman who landed her a deal
with Andrews McMeel. Her I Love Coffee! now has more than 55,000
copies in print. A third book will be published in 2009.
Also, check out Robin Jay's review of Susan's book on Amazon.com:
-- a review that 20 out of 22 people have found useful. Note how Robin
incorporates the title of her book (with an Amazon link) into her review.
Really effective and fair, with a great story to tell.
Ten Million Eyeballs Events: new offers
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Beginning right after the election in November, John Kremer will be
presenting his Ten Million Eyeballs Event as an online series of videos
that will show you exactly how to expose your book, your website, or
your ideas to millions of people online.
Because of today's economic malaise, my wife Gail asked me last night
to offer this program at a heavy discount. So here's my new offer:
Gail's Golden Eyeballs offer:
For $200, you can sign up for 12 one-hour Camtasia videos that you
can watch at any time plus all the documentation to implement the
ideas detailed in the videos. These videos will reveal the four best ways
to create millions of impressions online. To sign up for Gail's Golden
Eyeballs offer, click on the link below:
http://www.itsolut.com/shop/cgi/shop/cart/add?shopID= 12&qty=1&prodID=24568
Lisa & Elsie's Latinum Eyeballs offer:
For $500 you can sign up for the 12 one-hour videos, accompanying
documents, 12 Q&A telesessions with John Kremer, all bonus materials,
bonus secret-technique videos, and an on-going membership website
featuring many new additions and updates. To sign up for Lisa & Elsie's
Latinum Eyeballs offer, click on the link below:
http://www.itsolut.com/shop/ cgi/shop/cart/add?shopID=12&qty=1&prodID=24569
John's Platinum Eyeballs offer:
For $700 you get all of the above plus a personal one hour telephone
consultation with John Kremer to answer how to apply all you learn to
your book and website. Since John's normal consultation rate is $500
per hour, you're almost getting the seminar free! To sign up for John's
Platinum Eyeballs offer, click on the link below:

Read all about this new online program at the following website:
http://www.tenmillioneyeballs.com.
Q: Will all the 12 one-hour videos be available at once or over time?
In other words, will they be released weekly or all at once for viewing?
Is there a specific time line for your course?
A: The 12 videos will become available as I make them. I'll probably end
up making two or three a week following the Presidential election.
There will be weekly Q&A teleseminars for those who take the Latinum
or Platinum offers.
Q: I am not familiar with Camtasia videos. Do I download them to my
computer to watch them or do I watch them directly online?
A: The videos can be watched directly online, just as you would watch
any YouTube or other video online. You will have on-going access to
them so you can watch them again and again if you like.
Q: Can I begin with the Gold offer and upgrade to one of the other two
options later?
A: Yes, you can upgrade from one level to another at any time you want.
But note that if you wait to upgrade to the Latinum or Platinum levels,
you could miss out on the live questioning since the Q&A sessions will
be conducted live (one per week for twelve weeks). Again, these Q&A
telesessions will be available to you to listen to again and again.
Note also that if you sign up for the Platinum offer, your personal
consultation session will also be recorded and available for you to listen
to again.
