BookTour.com: http://www.booktour.com — Begun in early July, this is a free online service connecting authors with their audiences. You can add your real-world book tour dates here free. Chris Anderson, author of The Long Tail, is chairman. Kevin Smokler, creator of the Virtual Book Tour, is chief evangelist. It's a really neat service that is thus far free, so why not add your speaking engagements, bookstore appearances, and other live appearances to your book tour page.

Book Trailers at Ning: http://booktrailers.ning.com — A social network to feature book trailers. Started up by COS Productions, creators of book trailers.

Book Videos: http://www.bookvideos.tv — TurnHere, Emeryville CA. Creates and runs book trailers from major publishers like Simon & Schuster, Random House, Chronicle, Norton, etc. They offer three book video options:
