Date of the event (If the date changes from year to year,
specify how to determine the date each year; for example,
2nd full week in June or the third Friday in February.)Sponsor's name
Sponsor’s address
Sponsor’s phone and fax numbers

A short description of the day or event
Registration of your special event is free. If, however, you would like a Celebrate Today Special Events Certificate to recognize your sponsored event, send $20.00 to the National Special Events Registry, P O Box 2887, Taos NM 87571. You will get a beautiful frameable certificate featuring your event.
